Mascarelo AI is a Python-powered trading system project operated by Franco Mascarelo Ortiz, before company incorporation. This notice describes this informational website and its email contact channel, not a future customer service.

The interactive preview

The preview uses fixed, synthetic example records. Your selections are processed in your browser. The preview code does not send those selections to a server or save them in browser storage.

This website has no signup form or beta registration database. Selecting an email link opens your email app. No message is sent until you choose to send it there.

If you contact Franco

An email may include your address, name and anything you choose to share about your trading workflow or interest in licensing. Franco uses this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss your interest in future licensing or early access. Please do not send brokerage credentials, API keys, identity documents or other sensitive information.

Email providers may process and retain messages according to their own services and policies. Contact correspondence may be retained while it is needed for the conversation or related recordkeeping. You can request deletion of your correspondence by email; applicable recordkeeping obligations may affect what can be deleted.

Hosting, security and traffic data

Hosting and network services, including Cloudflare where used, can process information such as IP addresses, browser details, request timestamps and security logs to serve and protect the website. Provider-side traffic analytics or security settings may also process request information.

The supplied website code includes no advertising, analytics scripts, external font requests or embedded third-party media. Hosting providers can add their own security or analytics behavior; processing depends on the published hosting configuration and the provider’s policies. This notice does not promise that infrastructure processes no data.
