Terms

This website describes Mascarelo AI, a Python-powered trading system project operated by Franco Mascarelo Ortiz before company incorporation. These terms explain the scope of the website and its illustrative preview.

Development status

The Python-powered trading system is in development, with historical simulation, order-flow research and configurable risk checks in its codebase. Customer delivery and live operation remain pending validation. Described plans may change as validation continues. The site does not provide paid access or customer access to a live trading product and does not promise a launch date.

The illustrative preview

The preview uses synthetic records to explain a supporting testing workflow. It does not connect to a brokerage account, execute trades, run a backtest or show actual trading performance. A complete example record means its displayed inputs are present; it does not establish that a strategy is valid, profitable or suitable for use.

Research boundaries

The website provides general product information, not personalized financial or investment advice, trade recommendations, portfolio management or brokerage services. Trading involves risk. Nothing shown here guarantees returns or removes the need to independently evaluate data, assumptions and results.

Planned AI features

AI-assisted test-report explanations, including exploration of the official Claude API, are planned rather than integrated features. Claude and Anthropic are third-party names. No partnership, program acceptance or endorsement is claimed.

Licensing and early-access interest

Email links open your email app. Contacting Franco can start a conversation about future licensing or early access. It does not register an account, confirm access or create an entitlement to a service. The intended licensed offer is access to the Python trading system, documented setup instructions and configuration guidance; these are planned deliverables. Delivery options under evaluation include a local executable or a client-side bridge receiving server instructions. Neither option is currently an available customer service. Execution permissions, connection security and the supported environment must be defined and validated before release. Availability, supported setups, price and licence terms must be agreed before any purchase. Any future pilot or customer service will need its own agreed scope and appropriate terms.
